VIJAY KATARIA has involved himself with various design competitions over the span of the last 14 years. With an excellent design sensibility, strong fundamentals, brilliant client rapport and problem solving temperament ; Townships and Group Housing projects among others - are his fore’. Time and cost bound assignments and assimilation of client requirements are priority. The sound backing of his rich and versatile experience of designing a wide array of buildings in tandem with his understanding of Indian context of climate and social habits – brings an aspect of practicality in the project. His main drive is toward wasteful cost reduction without compromising in quality or comfort in the process of new age and contemporary design jugglery. Vijay’s intense passion and vision toward work ( and the work environment ) is evident from the tremendous growth and elevation of the office in all aspects. Well travelled and observant, his knowledge base makes way for applications, innovations and designs for the future to come.
