Work Culture for us - We think, like any other design based firm; we cannot help but perceive 'work as play' most of the times ! Every one creates a niche for themselves in our accommodating , friendly and flexible work space. Some of the older staff swear by our office and have often ventured to other offices only to return! At the same time, underlying all the frolic, there is serious learning and development that takes each person forward in the field. It is a platform for great exposure and tremendous responsibility; virtues that often get surpassed in large hierarchical organizations.

Our design approach is inclusive and collaborative. We encourage staff to participate in a wide array of projects, ensuring meaningful learning experiences for all staff levels.
