MANSI KATARIA started off in the competitive world of Brand Showrooms and imaging Corporate Identity under the agies of M/s Imagene; an exhibition and interior design firm. She has widely traveled for site co-ordination and consultation for the Showrooms of the Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Ltd., Maruti Suzuki New Dealership Showrooms, National Panasonic Brand Shops and Liberty Showrooms and has been integral in the design team for the layout, furniture design, specifications and signage for these showrooms. After her Masters her experience at Morphogenesis Architecture Studio, Delhi for a short period was invaluable where Mixed use , Housing, Hotel and Cinema Projects were underway (Maker Township – entertainment/ drive in - cinema , hotel and housing plaza, Mumbai,). She was integral in concept Designs for a couple of Competitions that the Firm attempted and won. She then joined M/S Kanvinde Rai & Chowdhury, Delhi for a brief period before partnering for this Firm. She cannot erase her initial training experiences under Architect Ram Sharma where she worked for Rashtriya Manav Sanghralaya, Bhopal and Raj Bhavan, Delhi . Its been 13 years and a strong link with academics and the passion to design; goad her on to consistently return to the realm of good and meaningful architectural practice.
